The Hotel from the outside is very impressive and located in beautiful grounds, unfortunately from the inside it looks a bit old and needing renovation, although is clean and confortable. Also the location is very convenient both for the various ski resorts and city centre.
The Hotel looks very outdated in the reception and lobby areas and both the restaurant and the pool were closed. The rooms are also a bit outdated allthough very clean. One gets the impression the staff could not care less about the guests.

Nice location. Good breakfast
Some of the staff were really unprofessional. Service at pool was very poor and slow. Rooms are small and in my opinion not at a 4 star hotel standard

Large rooms with a beautiful view. Comfortable bathroom. Irreproachable cleanliness. Very friendly staff.
The restaurant. The food was bland and poorly presented. The Italian pop music was too loud and spoiled the ambiance.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this hotel took care of our every need. the exclusive amenities were exceptional and fulfilled our luxurious needs. We loved the fantastic design and the beautiful rooms and commons. the spa and wellness centre were remarkable, with an impressive sauna and Turkish bath, and we greatly enjoyed the sun terrace. the restaurant provided a delightful dining experience, with a range of options and exemplary service.
Despite the exceptional service, we did notice a minor issue with the cleanliness of the hotel. While the rooms were generally clean, some spots were left on the walls and floors.

The hotel is located in a great area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the rooms are spacious and well equipped, including a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. One of the key advantages of this hotel is the swimming pool, which is clean and well-maintained.
The general cleanliness of the hotel was poor, with dust and stains visible throughout. the breakfast was mediocre with limited options, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

Pool area was excellent
Website 'sold' the hotel as something it was not (i.e. did not expect to be so close to built up areas and expected more surrounding countyside/grounds). Also, area out the back is more modern and clinical.

The Hotel is really beautiful and clean. The staff is pleasant and discreet and really dedicated.
The rooms on the casino side are noisy when opening the windows (I guess that the air conditioning of the Casino is an old system)

Classic old hotel in beautiful location with some decent restaurants within easy walking distance
No a/c in the old rooms. If you like casinos it is a fantastic location ... if you don't, the hotel attracts predominantly older, wealthier types.

Personnel were extremely friendly and relaxed.
The matress and pillows were too soft. We thuink that the matresses needed to be replaced, since they were not very comfortable.

Located directly in Aosta valley, surrounded by forested mountains and stunning snow capped mountains, the hotel's location is perfect for nature lovers. the comfortable rooms with high-tech features and amazing heated bathroom floors provide a luxurious experience. the breakfast is delicious and served in a lovely ambiance.
Some of the facilities, such as the spa's external pool, seemed dirty and poorly maintained, which was disappointing who were looking for a relaxing stay.
